Windows Calculator EXTREMELY RARE BUG: VND IS NOW MUCH STRONGER?

An extremely rare bug in the Calculator app in Microsoft's Windows 10 and 11 operating systems was spotted today 23 October 2023, where Vietnamese dong is shown as unusually strong compared to other days. This occurred in the Currency section. Google Finance still displays the VND exchange rate as 1 USD = 24,610.0000 VND.
