How to PROPERLY Make Windows 7 Accept MORE Regional Themes

You may know Windows 7 has themes and wallpapers for a limited number of regions. However many tutorials just lead to the themes being treated by Windows as custom-installed and not in the Aero Themes section as if you have selected the Windows region. This video will show you how to make it show up in the Aero Themes section as you have selected the corresponding Windows region in the Windows 7 setup or Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)
