Enable snap support in Linux Mint 20 Ulyana | 2020

Recently released Linux Mint 20 Ulyana does not has snap support by default. Additionally, the developers on Mint Linux 20 - knowingly blocked snapd support. However, there are many applications that are only available through snap so we need to have snap support enabled and configure snapd in Linux Mint 20.
