How to prevent video flickering while shooting with your smartphone (IPHONE 7)

There are a few ways to deal with the flickering efect issue. You can get rid of it by editing your video, adjust some settings on your cam or work with the lights. My video is about working with the lights because i don't like to spend more time on editing and my Iphone's settings are a bit low on video.
