Opening Files in a Wine App by Default

Ever been annoyed trying to integrate a Wine application into your desktop? In this video, I go over how to setup a wine app as a default application on Linux, so that when you open associated files, they actually open in the correct app!
I'm using Bottles (Wine GUI frontend) and NixOS for this tutorial, but you should be able to replicate this on any distro assuming you don't mind Flatpaks :)
