The vinyl disc player has become a retro item!

I visited my sister and brother-in-law's home last week in the extreme southern part of greater Kolkata.

My brother-in-law designed and assembled this record player from a raw Philips record player deck he purchased from the Netherlands in 1978!

He designed the power supply circuit and the wooden cabinet, which was fabricated from excellent-quality tick wood. I was in high school then!
