Claypot chicken rice is a very popular street food dish in South China and on the Malay Peninsular. In this video I try to adapt the recipe to the ingredients I have to hand without having to go out shopping. It's just a fun experiment, not an attempt at authenticity, so nothing to get too excited about.

I will certainly make this again, but I will marinate the chicken in advance for at least two hours on future occasions. Also, British sausages are a poor substitute for Chinese sausages in this dish, so I would just omit them in future if I couldn't source Chinese sausages.
