TIMELINE OF ALL ATTACKS AGAINST CAM FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS KEEN MOUNTAIN

Cam – PRIOR TO OUR RELATIONSHIP CAM HAD BEEN 8 YEARS CHARGE FREE “2013-2020 • Lawrenceville: Completed the program and ranked in high positions. Job in the kitchen, took the charge for cellie with knife and was dismissed, facility tried to send him from level 3 to level 5 and transfer was dismissed. CO said “I hope you get your ass beat” Cam said “Why don’t you do it” they refiled transfer under threat concern and he was transferred. • Wallens Ridge: Guy died in cell above Cam. Filled in as worker for the kitchen due to experience when kitchen pod was under quarantine. Cam got a job as pod cleaner, started Bible study groups, help mentor other inmates and got another job as GED mentor. Assigned Single cell status. Due to lowering of his security points they moved him a lower level therefore transferred to Keen Mountain (include article about gang, drugs, and multiple people charged at Wallens Ridge) • Keen Mountain: Got a job as yard worker, gang robbed him and there was no investigation, none of personal property or items were recovered. Sent one pic one time against policy and entire account banned, removed and all Cam’s emails and pictures have been taken away from him. Visits, phone calls, and emails, and letters. Issues • Dog didn’t stop at cell but the K9 officer picked his cell because it smelled too clean, • They wanted to piss test Cam because of that but Cam had just peed before they came in • Captain threatened to place Cam on suicide watch and swear to God that he said he wanted to kill himself • Sergeant and unit manager beat up inmate unconscious • Cellie replaced with inmate Cam fought • Drug tested again 2-3 months later • Was told he alright so they threw cup away • Wrote a charge and never severed it to Cam • Charge issued to someone else, yet Cam’s privileges stripped away • Just recently the Cos were antagonizing the inmates in the pod to try and get a reaction to lock them down • And now they have put in place a brand new policy that any charge will result in loss of video visitations for at least 6 months for any inmate ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbIMpow9KZk
