Many professionals use simple text files to quickly jot down ideas and notes for their projects.

I have been working on a new "ToDo Language Standard" which attempts to parse hastily jotted notes, and give them some structure.

In this video, I develop the 3rd stage of of the ToDo Language parser; the recursive tree building stage.
