This Unused Cutscene in Chapter 4 Provides Insight of Cut Content

Similarly to the last unused cutscene, this is another but this time focused on Chapter 4, Shady Belle regarding Eagle Flies asking Charles for help for unknown reasons. This is also around the files of "The Fine Art of Conversation" mission, and possibly around the mission where Eagle Flies and the gang attack the army. The audio is actually missing by default for the cutscene, which means that they eventually did remove the speech lines but forgot to remove the whole animations and subtitles and even the camera moments.
