Pygame Shmup Part 1: Player Sprite and Controls

Let's start making a real game!

In this video we'll start creating our Shmup (Shoot 'em Up) game using what we've learned previously about Pygame and working with sprites. We'll learn how to control a sprite using keyboard commands.

In each video in this series, we'll add another feature to the Shmup game until we have a full game experience with graphics, animations, sound, and much more!
