The steps for installing the windows subsystem are:

1. Go to the search bar and type "control panel" 1.1 In the control panel, click on "programs" 1.2 Click on "Programs and features" 1.3 Click on "Turn windows features on or off" 1.4 Click on "Windows subsystem for lynux"
2. Go to the microsoft store and download any linux distribution you want
3. Open the distribution you installed.
4. Introduce a user and a password
