Silent death during a MIDI playback, once power is turned back on, the bridge short circuits and burns outs. I quickly changed it to a SKM200GB123 inverter bridge that I had around, built for another experimental project, hence why its a little crude.

It took 3-4 evenings/nights to locate all the faults, replace parts and get it running again.

I am happy.
