PS3 tutorial - How to use cheats on PS1 back ups, with phone or pc using cheat program ISO's

before you ask....NO this method will NOT work for PS2 backups! This is for MODDED ONLY ps3's - cex / dex any cfw, it doesn't matter. Must have cobra or mamba, webman or webman mod installed and running!

Not all codes will work, sometimes one code (or multiple ones) can cause game to glitch or not boot up. sometimes one code can interfere with another and cause a problem, only do a few at a time until you can determine which work and which don't, then you can start enabling all the ones you want.
