Ojmar Coin Lock / Public Locker Lock Picked

Are you valuables safe when you store them in a public locker? I think pretty much yes, they are usually in high visibility areas, where I think theft by lockpicking is pretty unlikely, but are these locks pickable at all? Yes, for certain.
