Not a very hard level after all.
MISSION PLAN: Fiber wire, concealable baton, lockpick.
String Quartet challenge is fiber wiring all targets, if you didn't guess. I also do the body double challenge of using Sean Rose's body instead of the 3D printed mask.
The timing and proper positioning is a bit tough when you do this, but surprisingly what I did can be almost guaranteed to work 100% of the time if you know WHY you're doing what you're doing, unlike pretty much everything else I ever do in this game.
When killing and dragging Maya Parvati, there are about 5 troublesome guards around that pretty much force the timing of the kill and positioning when dragging her. You can take extra time and distract her with the generator twice to make everything safer, but then you'd be late for the house party and make everything complicated there. Just remember to drag her in the MIDDLE of the area so you just about see the face of the guy across in the other room (without him seeing you, of course), but don't put her in the closet until he's turned away.
Jump back into the fenced area near the barn only after you see the guy near the barrel full of fire turn away. Unless you messed something up earlier, at that moment the guards on the other side of the fence are always looking away for the longest. At other times one of them constatly looks around and will usually spot you.
If you weren't late at any point, the two guards between the garage and the shed won't talking yet and allow you to easily go by without trouble. If you're late, however, they start talking before you get by them and will see pretty much everything around them, making it tougher on you. Then you need a distraction and careful maneuvering.
Wait for Sean Rose's bodyguard to enter the office upstairs before killing Rose. When Sean Rose dies, the AI of that guy changes (telepathy I guess) and if he's still in the hall he'll turn to see the corpse downstairs. The AI behaviour change is why you also see him come back downstairs later, when normally he would stand guard in the office.
Penelope Graves does not stop to look at the clock if you're hiding in the side room for some reason, and her looking at the clock is the safest and fastest moment to kill her. The box ends up being the only safe hiding place that works.
Everything else should be self explanatory.
