In the post-apocalyptic world where a drastic change in the atmosphere has flooded the Earth and mutated peaceful sea creatures into gigantic blood-thirsty monsters, one man is set out to go fish in this thrilling oceanic adventure of the century! Kevin Costner is El Shipak, a regular Red Harlow of the seven seas destined to fight sailboarding pirate cannoneers, cursed ghost ships and gangs of gold-carrying sharks with his great boat Cetus Amicus on the quest for the biggest prey of his life: the evil monster that destroyed his home harbour years ago when he was barely an ordinary seaman!
