Surgical Procedure (HITMAN 3 Challenge)

Here's the 'Surgical Procedure' challenge in HITMAN 3. The challenge is to kill 3 guards in Sapienza with the amputation knife while dressed as the plague doctor. The challenge unlocks the Plague Doctor costume as a suit to be worn in any level.

I'm doing this challenge in a player created contract named Plague Doc, made by user hello-0123456789 (contract ID: 2-03-5234533-72), because it's perfect for the job.

I don't recall when exactly this was released. I was just looking through the challenges list while waiting for the newest one (Sky-High Voltage) to appear in the game and saw that this was not yet completed, so I decided to quickly do it since I was already set to record a new challenge anyway.
