(Blender 2.90) Circle Array Vertex Parenting Tutorial

I have been playing around with mesh instancing over the past few weeks, and saw this video about circle array. As we all know they can be a little tricky in Blender. Some methods will stretch the object on a curve, or require tricky mathematical calculations to get things correctly aligned.
