CX 9 Turn Signals

In this video we have a failure for turn signals on one side of the vehicle. The owner had attempted to fix it himself. I do not explain it well in the video as I was unsure exactly what he did because of his initial explanation. Later we found that the 15 amp hazard fuse had blown and he replaced it with a 25 amp and then saw smoke when he turned on the hazard lights to test it.
