ESP Rainmaker OTA on Arduino IDE (without the Crash)

Since its release the ESP Rainmaker Arduino IDE codebase has crashed when attempting OTA updates. Finally there is a solution to everyone using Rainmaker on ESP32 with the Arduino IDE.
