This is a review of the Kuppet Washer, Sold by Mecor Direct on Amazon. This washer is GARBAGE, but not only that, Mecor Direct is a 3rd party seller on Amazon which means if you experience any issues you deal with Mecor Direct instead of Amazon. Unfortunately, Mecor Direct has neither a Phone Number, nor an Email address or Website. Nor does Kuppet themselves that I could find. The ONLY way to contact them is through Amazon Messages and they are notoriously dodgy and unprofessional. I WILL NOT be linking the product information because I do not want ANYONE purchasing this product. This product is garbage and my message to the seller is being ignored. UPDATE 8/3/2020: AMAZON was no help. They told me to contact Kuppet directly, however gave me no contact information for them. I could not find any phone number or Email for Kuppet online anywhere. Amazon told me it was unlikely they'd refund me because this was a 3rd party seller and "Outside the return window". I contacted SQUARETRADE (Warranty) again and explained everything and they told me to send them a copy of my receipt and they'll process my claim. So fingers crossed that works. I will NEVER buy another KUPPET and this whole process has left me leery of all Compact washers. Any future large purchase will be made directly from Amazon and NOT a 3rd party seller.
