Install Gimp on Ubuntu 20.04

The installation instructions provided on the Gimp website (https://www.gimp.org/downloads/) uses Flatpak. This can create problems for Ubuntu users including:

• A broken / frustrating installation process
• Slow startup time for the program
• Missing icon / launcher

In this tutorial we show an easier way using Ubuntu's default package manager.
