Interface PCB - VGA from Scratch - Part 8

This is the 2nd VGA PCB and it’s really the “Below Decks” functionality. It buffers and decodes the signals from the main cpu. In this video I do make a stupid mistake, fortunately one I can rectify but a reminder to be careful.
