First look at Memory - Making an 8 Bit pipelined CPU - Part 7

I start by explaining my thoughts about which part to tackle next and then dive into getting memory reads from a PROM working with an AT28C16 EEPROM chip.

I recorded/encoded this one at 1080p just to check everything works, very soon I'll need to pull the camera back a bit to fit more breadboards in and we'll need the resolution.
