Diode Matrix - Prototype Build (1/2)

While looking at various challenges in my Pipelined CPU build I stumbled across the concept of the diode matrix, so I had to try and make one.

The configuration I make here is sometimes called a "Diode Rom" as it forms a small read only memory that could be used for code, control store or logic.

The end result works but it does suffer from a problem where the headers are not really designed to be used as breadboard contacts and the diode legs are thin so the connections are a little dodgy. I'll look into a more reliable method in the future. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Slm3yZyVidc
