Adding a 3rd State - Making an 8 Bit pipelined CPU - Part 77

I want to be able to switch between 3 different clock sources, I previously added a set/reset latch to switch between 2. In this video I add a three state latch (not to be confused with tri-state) to use as the selection.

This wasn't quite as simple as I expected it to be, but I think the final circuit was quite elegant. I think I need to accept that this circuit will go to a 3rd breadboard before I'm finished. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHm_dNbAojU
