Surface plot on non-rectangular domain | Demo using Matplotlib, SymPy, and NumPy and masks (Python)

It is quite common to find demos of surface plots over rectangular domains. However, it is not so common to find such demos over non-rectangular domains. In this video, I demonstrate in a very simple way how to create a surface plot for a function defined over a circular annular domain.

I use Matplotlib, NumPy, and SymPy. The key idea involved is masking available within NumPy.
