Since it's been a while I decided to go a head and post another fitness challenge video. I was 168 pounds the morning of, so the weight I used was 340lbs. The goal is for guys to get 10 reps 2X their body weight and for the ladies to get 8 to 10 reps 1.5X their body weight.
