LED's for the DIY DCC Decoder Part 4 (Video#25)

Many viewers find the DCC Servo decoder an interesting approach. And besides a lot of positive feedback I also received requests for additional features. Today I am going to add LED’s, but not only a few, but an entire chain of individually controllable RGB LED’s.
