DCC Power Supply Short Circuit Testing (Video#141)

In Video #138 I talked about key features of power supplies. Besides safety, typical performance characteristics like supply current and short circuit behavior are most important. Today I am testing some of my DC power supplies to find out how useful they are to power a digital model railroad.
