Ideally, do not do more than 2 of these clearings at a time and leave 3 days in between. It's not about integration as such but it takes 3 x clear days for old neural pathways to fall away and new ones to form. When we do a clearing, old neural pathways start falling away over the 3 day period. If you do several other clearings straight away, you are, in effect, going over old ground and not benefiting from it because so many areas overlap. You will get more from these clearings by only doing a couple of clearings and then waiting 3 days. That way you will get to clear at deeper levels on the next clearings. If you feel a need to watch several of these clearings one after the other then you need to look at control as an issue. You cannot rush healing. There is a clearing for that :)
