I have Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome, from a narcissistic parent i have known this for years. but Had no realization I was brainwashed until this year when I broke the conditioning. the narcissists I speak of are how sadly a chunk of people become narcissists. those who do not who do not end up to have have Narcissistic abuse syndrome or trauma induced Codependency instead.

i ended up with Narcissistic abuse symptoms, and have trauma induced Codependency :( but all we can do is learn the things that help and help others.

i am sorry that this very subject is part of the reason I now have amnesia and a NEW trouble talking or communicating with other humans. and yeah still trying to get regular time released ADHD medication, But insurances are weird. all I can do is the best I can do.
