Without definitive action, we could be facing a sixth extinction event; our own. Resources dwindle, pollution accelerates, deforetations has exceeded tolerable thresholds, and the oceans are dying. Culturally and politically,there are unprecedented levels of division, personal freedom is continuosly eroded, privacy is a distant memory, and the unthinking masses show little inclination towards exiting the Bronze Age and joining the the Conscious (R)evolution in the here and now. Thankfully we have solutions. Decentralization of finances, information exchange, and innovation, via cryptocurrencies and other blockchain based technologies offer a way forward. Opportunities in the realm of conscious investment ranging from green energy to psilocybin companies offer us tremendous potential to empower ourselves, while catalyzing the requisite changes that are necessary to return the planet to homeostasis. Global interest in plant medicines and other entheogens suggest a collective recognition of the need to catalyze consciousness, along with the exponentially increased interest in yoga, meditation, and other spritual practices.
