This is the best advice that I've ever received for maintaining a long and healthy career as a content creator and working in the creator economy:

Slow down.

Working in an industry that's part of the "gig economy" comes with a predisposition that if you're not creating content, you don't exist. that's simply not true. The internet and all its wonder will be here whether you are or not. So will its users. Slow down. Take care of YOU before all else.
