Batch Speed/Duration Changes in Premiere Pro

FINALLY figured out how to change the speed and duration of clips in bulk rather than change them one at a time in Premiere Pro. Turns out it's a lot easier than I thought it would be. This trick LITERALLY saves me hours of time in post-production. Maybe I'm late to the party but who cares. Wanted to share!
