As a video editor you sometimes have to blur or pixelate out peoples faces, license plates, objects, areas or parts of a scene that will safeguard privacy or in some cases protect operational security of the persons being filmed, especially if they are from Law Enforcement or the Military.

In this tutorial I will show you my favourite way to pixelate and track with keyframes a soldiers face.
