"How many films can you name set in space? There are quite a lot right? In fact many of them even have 'space' or 'stars' in the title!

They've captured our imaginations ironically because our imaginations can be let loose in that starry playfield of infinite potential.

When you have some Blender knowledge it's natural to gravitate towards Blender to deliver the VFX and represent your imagination.

But space is VAST! How on Earth do you render that infinite space-stuff!

It seemed like a very fun challenge, Gleb Alexandrov and Aidy Burrows put together the Space VFX course to show how they would go about cheating this stuff, here I'd like to share some of the trick highlights."
