✨ If you’ve been trying to lucid dream and haven’t been able to do it, there’s a good chance you’re making this one mistake with your reality checks. Being able to get GOOD at lucid dreaming requires many things but if you’re doing this mistake, you won’t be able to get there. Reality checks for lucid dreaming or ‘reality tests’ are CRITICAL but if you’re doing this, you’ll never get them to work.
