Building a Custom DIY Subwoofer Box | Get Better Bass
Home Built Workshop
I have been using an old subwoofer in my vehicle that should have been thrown out years ago. Its time for an upgrade. In this video, I'll be building a brand new sealed subwoofer box for a new Rockford Fosgate subwoofer. I'm building the box out of 3/4" MDF, and I'm building it using just my circular saw for the straight cuts. I chose to cover the finished box with upholstery carpet before installing the speaker. This new box sounds so much better thanks to it being sized correctly for the speaker. If you've been wanting to build a sub box for your vehicle but all you have is a circular saw, don't be afraid to tackle this project. With some careful measuring, you can do it too.
