Arduino (5) Ping proximity Detector

Original upload July 11, 2013 HillOrStream An experiment to try out a Ping ultrasonic proximity detector on an Arduino. Had to change the example program slightly to make it work with the four pin Ping I bought as it was written for a three pin model. I had tried, unsuccessfully, using analog circuitry and an infrared LED and detector to shoot a twenty foot gap across my driveway.
