Demonstration of the Amazon Echo and Harmony "Red Icon" skill

Today I’m using my new Cannon VIXIA R700 which has much better onboard mic’s than the SONY HANDYCAM CX405 that I used in my previous video.

Activity Control Commands

• Alexa, ask Harmony to turn on the TV,
• Alexa, ask Harmony to turn off the TV
• Alexa, ask Harmony to turn off the Game Console

Volume Up:

• Alexa, ask Harmony to volume up
• Alexa, ask Harmony to increase the volume by 5 units

Volume Down:

• Alexa, ask Harmony to volume down
• Alexa, ask Harmony to decrease the volume by 15 units

Mute:

• Alexa, ask Harmony to mute

Customize default Volume increments / decrements:

• Alexa ask Harmony to set the default volume
• Alexa, ask Harmony to set default volume by five units

Channel Up/Down:

• Alexa, ask Harmony to channel up
• Alexa, ask Harmony to channel down

Transport Commands:

• Alexa, ask Harmony to play my Movie
• Alexa, ask Harmony to pause my Movie
• Alexa, ask Harmony to stop my Movie
