This filter has NEVER been changed in 380k miles and 22 years!!

This 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.3L truck had it's original cabin filter in it! The evaporator coil would freezer over and block airflow with ice - and if the compressor was turned off - it would continue to blow cold air as the ice melted. Fresh filters to replace the clogged ones - and suddenly there's a BLAST of COLD air coming out of the vents! Until yesterday - when I read in a tech manual on this truck - I had NO CLUE it had cabin filters! Grateful that I do! ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUP3vlcliL0
