While the title may be tongue-in-cheek - the seriousness of the situation was.. well... serious. The damage to the engine could have been catastrophic if I'd not noticed the clip when cleaning the injector sockets. The clip for injector number one had fallen deep into the engine - between the header and the block - in the rocker arm hole. Luckily this tool helped me out!
