In this video I will be showing you how to make an awesome gold text effect. It is fairly simple to make. All using filters in Gimp. You can use this gold text effect for many different things. Not, Just photo manipulations. You can put it on business cards. I find that this gold text effect is vary useful in a lot of projects that I do. There is one main download that you will have to do first to to this tutorial. It is call Script-Fu. It's easy as downloading and pasting it in your Gimp script files.
