How to install Gimp and Gimp themes in Mac

Hi everyone here is a new Gimp tutorial. I have been asked a lot on how I got my Gimp to look the way I do and how to install themes on Mac. So I decided to go ahead and install mac in a virtual machine so I could show you mac users that process.
