ALT-Drag For Windows 8 and Gimp 2.8.14

This video demonstrates how the AltDrag script for Windows works for dragging around open dialogs in Gimp 2.8.14.

I must note... I've found that this AltDrag script will override any Alt key function within Gimp. I suggest that the script be exited/stopped before using any Alt key function within Gimp.
