Nintendo heavily censored many of their games back in the NES and early SNES lifespan. Once the ratings boards came to be, Nintendo lightened up on the censorship significantly. Today, there is next to no censorship on Nintendo platforms. Sony on the other hand seems to be going out of their way to censor games. I provided a few examples in my video.
