Should A Game Be Beaten Before Reviewing it? (A Video Response To DreamcastGuy)

DreamcastGuy Brought up a very interesting disscussion when he posed the question; does a game need to be beaten before you review it? The truth of the matter is most people “Review” a game within the first three hours, but if its your job to review a game or if your trying to establish credit for being a reviewer. I don’t think you can. This very much depends on the length of the game. What Do you guys think, let me know down below.
