Street Fighter 6 Style Frame Data Bars - Pocket Fighter EX

It's been a while!! After seeing it in Street Fighter 6 I had to sneak in some dev work to bring the frame readout to Pocket Fighter EX! It's WIP but already helped me fix stuff lol.

BONUS: Can you spot the other changes I slipped in??

I am still in the middle of recovering from all the flood damage, and that will still be a long time to get through, but I was at least able to do a little bit here and there. I'm not really "back" yet though, unfortunately.
